Clovis provided IT staffing to federal contractors and commercial organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region of the
U.S.
Two owners wanted to explore a recapitalization of the business or an outright sale but with a limited process to
encourage speed and confidentiality
Process:
CHILDS initially contacted a very select group of strategic buyers and private equity firms
Two strategic buyers quickly emerged as the front-runners
Result:
We closed a transaction at the owner’s target price range within four months
