In 2006 Axon was a $100 million SAP consulting firm headquartered in London and with all European business
CHILDS consulted with Axon senior management about a U.S. acquisition approach and roadmap and was hired to execute
the plan
Process:
CHILDS contacted over 200 buy-side targets from July 2006 to July 2008
As the company grew to $400 million in sales we helped advise them on exit alternatives
Result:
We closed six acquisitions for the company totaling approximately $150 million in revenue
We assisted the company in its sale to HCL for $660 million, a 100% increase in market value from the beginning of
our engagement

a successful sale
