Atlanta, GA., October 15, 2008 - Childs Company announced that it advised MSI International on the sale of its Strategic Solutions division to American Cybersystems ("ACS"). This is the seventh transaction in which Childs Company served as a financial advisor this year. ACS provides information technology consulting, staffing, and payrolling solutions to various organizations in North America.
