CHILDS Advises American Cybersystems in its Acquisition of SURVIS Group

 

Atlanta, GA., September 29, 2009 - CHILDS Advisory Partners is pleased to announce that American Cybersystems completed the purchase of The SURVIS Group on September 23, 2009. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  CHILDS acted as the exclusive advisor to American Cybersystems.
