Atlanta, GA., May 11, 2009 – CHILDS Advisory Partners is pleased to announce that American Cybersystems completed the purchase of Foundation Systems on May 1, 2009. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CHILDS acted as the exclusive advisor to American Cybersystems.
