Don Holbrook Joins CHILDS; Opens Los Angeles Office

 

Atlanta, GA., March 16, 2009 - CHILDS Advisory Partners is pleased to announce that Don Holbrook, former DecisionPoint Managing Director, has agreed to join the firm as a Partner. Don will be managing CHILDS’ Los Angeles office. Don has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has managed over 40 M&A transactions focused primarily on technology and IT services. Don’s industry contacts and deal experience proved crucial in the recent sales of E2E to CedarCrestone, Strata Group to Spire Capital, Saratoga Systems to CDC Software, and MyITgroup to Visionary Integration Professionals.
