Jimmy has worked with large and mid-market companies to help in achieving their goals. Over the years that has taken many forms, as he has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private debt and equity capital raising, as well as public securities offerings. Jimmy has sourced and executed over forty transactions totaling more than $3 billion in value for clients throughout his career. His industry track record of successful deals resides mainly in business services, IT and education but also includes other industries such as media/telecom and healthcare.
Prior to joining CHILDS Advisory Partners, Jimmy was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group at Morgan Keegan & Co. in Atlanta. He helped open the office in 2005 and grew the team to nearly 30 professionals.
Previously, Jimmy worked as an investment banker with J.P. Morgan and Jefferies in New York and Atlanta. He began his career as a financial analyst at PaineWebber (currently UBS). Jimmy graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Finance from Siena College.
