CHILDS Advises Vistex in its Acquisition of hawkeye Channel

Atlanta, GA, March 11, 2014 – CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Vistex, Inc. (“Vistex”), in its recent acquisition of hawkeye Channel (“hawkeye”). Vistex is the global leader in pricing, contract, and incentive management solutions, while hawkeye is the leader in sales and marketing solutions that drive revenue growth for enterprises that sell through indirect sales channels. hawkeye Channel will be merged with Vistex to further extend their robust Go-To-Market solution offering with cloud-based products, strategic consulting services, and global program management capabilities. The acquisition enables Vistex to deliver an industry leading suite of global pricing, sales, marketing, payment, and incentive solutions, both on-premise and in the cloud.
