CHILDS Advisory Partners Honored as a Finalist for M&A Advisor Awards

Atlanta, GA, October 13, 2014M&A Advisor has named CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) a finalist of the 13th annual M&A Advisor Awards for its representation of Nexus in its acquisition by Dimension Data. Each year, M&A Advisor reviews the landscape of investment banking transactions including traditional recapitalizations, strategic and financial buy-outs, complex corporate carve-outs and cross-border transactions. From its qualification process, M&A Advisor has honored CHILDS Advisory Partners as a finalist for two categories: “Professional Services Deal of the Year” and “Cross-Border Deal of the Year.”
