Atlanta, GA, October 8, 2012 – CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Nordic Consulting (“Nordic”), in its recent growth capital raise with SV Life Sciences, Health Enterprise Partners and HLM Venture Partners. This investment will enhance the Company’s ability to meet the growing demand within the rapidly expanding Epic EMR market.
Nordic is a leading provider of healthcare IT consulting services, with an exclusive focus on the Epic software suite. In June 2012, the Company was ranked #1 in Epic Staffing and Implementation Support by KLAS. Nordic’s team of consultants averages nine years of Epic experience and four Epic certifications. The Company currently serves over 40 clients in 23 states. `
