CHILDS Advises on Sale of VCG to Bond International Software

Atlanta, GA, November 22, 2010 –CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) served as the financial advisor to VCG, LLC (or “VCG”), a portfolio company of Jefferson Capital Partners Ltd, in its recent sale to Bond International Software (or “Bond”), a provider of software and support for the global staffing industry.

Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, VCG is a leading front-office and back-office software provider to the staffing industry.  The Company’s business software solutions for the staffing industry address a number of vertical segments including light industrial, commercial, executive search and direct hire, among others. VCG’s technology is utilized by over 250 clients and 9,600 staffing professionals across the United States.

Established in 1973, Bond International Software specializes in software and support for the global staffing industry.  Bond is based in the UK and operates its North American headquarters in Richmond, VA. Other worldwide offices include Australia, Hong Kong, Canada and South Africa.
