CHILDS Advises Manifest Digital on Capital Raise

Atlanta, GA., January 28, 2009 - CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) announced today that it advised Manifest Digital (“Manifest”), a leading next generation marketing agency, on a subordinated debt financing to fund its growth plans.  BIA Digital Partners, a private investment firm focusing on mid-to later-stage companies, invested $9 million in Manifest.

Headquartered in Chicago, IL, Manifest Digital is an integrated interactive marketing agency, assisting businesses in the migration from traditional marketing to innovative multi-channel engagement.  The Company applies a multi-dimensional technique called the “Manifest Effect (EFCT)” that results in clear and powerful insights.  Manifest is growing 100% per year and aims to be a leading next generation agency to leading brands.  The funds will be used to invest in expansion and acquisitions.

This transaction represents the 14th transaction closed by CHILDS in the past 18 months.  Jim Childs, Managing Partner, commented, “While the markets are certainly turbulent, we are still able to get good deals done for our successful clients.”
