Industry Veteran David Phillips Joins CHILDS Advisory Partners

Atlanta, GA, February 6, 2012 –industry veteran David Phillips joins CHILDS Advisory Partners as a
director in the business services practice and will open the firm’s Jacksonville office. Most recently,
Dave served as vice president of corporate development at Volt Information Sciences. Prior to Volt,
Dave spent 10 years as vice president of corporate development for MPS Group, where he executed
over forty (40+) transactions. During Dave’s tenure, MPS grew from $1.2 billion in revenue to over
$2 billion at its peak, making it the 13th largest staffing firm in the world. In 2010, MPS sold to
Adecco for $1.1 billion.
