Richmond, VA., January 6, 2012 – CHILDS Advisory Partners (“CHILDS”) served as the financial advisor to Fahrenheit Technology (“Fahrenheit”), in the recent sale of its IT staffing business to Global Employment Solutions (“GES”). Fahrenheit is one of the largest privately-held technology consulting firms in the greater Richmond, Virginia area.
With this acquisition, Global and Fahrenheit will provide expanded placement services across multiple industries in the areas of IT Strategy, Software Development, Program/Project Management Consulting and QA Testing. The Fahrenheit Technology business, with its original leadership and support team, is expected to be fully-operational as a division of Global in early January of 2012. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
