Deerfield, IL., December 30, 2011 - The Glenture Group, LLC (“Glenture”), an enterprise performance management and business intelligence solutions company, announced that it has been acquired by Optimal Solutions Integration, Inc. (“Optimal”). Optimal is a leading SAP consulting and solutions company that works with businesses and government organizations worldwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Under the terms of the agreement, Glenture and Optimal will unify their respective practice areas for delivering SAP Enterprise Performance Management (SAP EPM) and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (SAP BI) solutions.
